Our founder

Ramesh Rajahmani, a seasoned Motivational Coach and Handwriting Analyst since 2001, has conducted over 2000 successful analyses. He is the founder of “Successwriters,” a consulting firm dedicated to empowering individuals and teams by helping clients understand their strengths and limitations. He Utilizes Graphotherapy to foster positive changes in personality, enabling individuals to evolve into improved, better versions of themselves.

Our story

Ramesh has an engineering degree coupled with a postgraduate degree in Management. Being passionate about human behaviour, Ramesh also took up a course on applied Psychology, which eventually helped him get improved performances from the teams that he worked with- The outcome is a unique fusion of Psychology and Graphology, facilitating individuals in identifying and “writing” their own path to success. He is the author of “get on the “Write” path to your Success available with online Stores.

My personal motto " Positive Impact " and I aim to make a small positive Impact in the lives of everyone with whom I meet, interact and coach.

Ramesh has extensive experience of over 35 years with Global MNC’s collaborating with individuals and teams, including Managing Directors and CEOs. He has conducted numerous workshops for school and college teachers and principals, illustrating the applications of Personality Analysis in various segments such as Motivation, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership etc.

Ramesh is wholly dedicated to inspiring and nurturing the next generation of high achievers. Online group Webinars
